Meeting Point: Marina Internacional De Santa Marta

Entrance is located (here) - an 8 minute walk from #347 Calle 21

When you arrive at the marina, let the guard know you are there for Sonata. They will call them, and a representative will come meet you. In the meantime, they will need to register every person entering the Marina. Please bring your identification (passport), and each person must pay the marina tax: 11,000 COP (about $4 USD). Make sure to bring COP cash.

Once you are in, your are welcome to visit their market to buy all drinks and extras you will need for the day. (Drinks are not allowed in the marina. They must be purchased onsite.)

Your experience does include food: snacks fruits, chips, and Lunch (fish with rice and salad or wrap with ham and cheese )​

You will be greeted by the crew, told about safety and other basic sailing rules.

Departure should be at 10 am. Destination is Bahia Concha. Sailing will take approx. 1.5 hours. You will pass by Taganga Bay and Granate Bay on the way. The boat will try to anchor as close to the beach as possible. Once there, you can choose between swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, walking on the beach, or just sunbathing on the boat. You can get to the beach swimming or on the dinghy. Return will begin at approximately 3:30 pm (everyone should be onboard before 3:30pm ). You should be arriving back at the marina at 5pm.

You included chef/server service. This will include fruit skewers, yuca chips, and Lunch (Sea bass, Salmon, Chicken Cordon blue, coconut rice, salad, juice).

March 1, Friday​
- 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Hiking in Minca.

Pick up Location: #347 Calle 21 (here)​

Your guides today are Gabriel and/or Cristian (+1 786 548 1987)

A driver will pick you up and drive you about 45 minutes to get to Minca. There, you will meet your guide(s) who will welcome you with coffee. In Minca, you will have time to buy drinks and snacks for the hike.

The hike is good for all physical levels. You will have the chance to visit up to two waterfalls where you can swim, relax, and enjoy nature.
-
Hike will end back in Minca. There you can get lunch, perhaps drinks and even visit the popular places like Casa Loma Hostel or Sierra. Around 3 PM you will head back to Santa Marta.

The tour is customizable.

The color of the water depends on the rain per season (less rain=more clear)

Minca is usually cash-only; Please bring cash.​
