Our way to show how much WE care about you
We, Ursula Hosting, are a small operation, boutique travel service. Any cancellation would greatly affect the organization. Nevertheless, we understand complications occur and our guests may need to cancel. Having this in mind, we have the following as our cancellation policy to protect both, our guests and ourselves.
Amount of the refund will be dependent of each vendor's cancellation policy.
20% cancellation fee will deducted from any amount recovered from vendors.
30 or more days prior to check-in date - Full refund minus cancellation fee**
Between 7 to 29 days prior - 50% refund minus cancellation fee*
Less than 7 days - No refund is granted
Early departure - No refund is granted
** Cancellation fee is approximately 5% of the total amount charged. This fee covers administration and payment transaction fees.
Additional refund could be granted, with exception of the cancellation fee, if room(s) is reserved after cancellation by another guest for the same period of time.
Additional refund could be granted, with exception of the cancellation fee, if cancellation is due extenuating circumstances. Valid extenuating circumstances include:
Unexpected death or serious illness of a guest or immediate family member
Serious injury that directly restricts a guest’s ability to travel
Significant natural disasters or severe weather incidents impacting the location of destination or location of departure
Urgent travel restrictions or severe security advisories issued after the time of booking, by an appropriate national or international authority (such as a government office or department)
Endemic disease declared by a credible national or international authority (such as the US Center for Disease Control or the World Health Organization)
Government-mandated obligations issued after the time of booking
Claims can only be considered after a reservation has been canceled. If you feel that your reason for cancellation falls under one of these extenuating circumstances, submit claim for consideration with valid supporting documentation no later than 14 days from the original check-in date Ursula Hosting reserves the right to grant any refund based on the claim and submitted documentation.
