  • Your driver will be waiting for you outside of arrivals, holding a sign. Please follow the following instructions:

    • ​Follow the sign “Exit”  to  “Car Park 2 Level 4”,  then look for the “Mini cab Pick up area”

    • Driver might contact you via WhatsApp. Please download and have it available. 

    • Drivers usually wait for 45 minutes after you land. If you are behind or late, please consider contacting the service provider:

• 1:00 PM - This is expected arrival time in the city.  Luggage Storage. 

  • You are scheduled to be dropped off at a luggage store facility near the apartment.

  • At the moment, you have a reservation to store your luggage near the Apartment

    • If the owner contacts you and lets you check in earlier, we can cancel this reservation up to two days before; November 28.

  • You have a 24Hr pass for the Big Bus Tour.  Explore the city at your own pace! Time will start once you activate your pass to board the first time.

  • You can continue to use the Big Bus Services if you wish.  You have the 24hr service. 

• 2:00 PM - British Museum 

  • You have a reservation for the British Museum at this time.

  • Simply present this ticket at the entrance to gain access.

December 2 - Monday​​

• 09:45 AM - 3:00 PM - Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey & Big Ben Tour 

  • Explore some of the most incredible sights of London on this history walking tour.  Admire the beautiful exteriors of Buckingham Palace and Big Ben, and finish by visiting the Westminster Abbey. Tour lasts 3 hours, and you end at the Abbey which you will visit on your own.

  • Location: Meet outside of the Ritz hotel, 150 Piccadilly, W1J 9BR (here) ​. This is a 30 minute commute from the apartment.  Please plan accordingly.  

    • The nearest tube station is Green Park Underground station. 

    • Look for the guide next to 2 red telephone boxes and 2 souvenir stands, underneath one of the Ritz signs.

  • ​Be ready to enjoy a relaxed day exploring Cotswolds' charming scenery, traveling along narrow country lanes, and visiting historic towns and villages.

  • The meeting point is Urban Baristas coffee shop, at 44 Harrington Rd, South Kensington (here) This is about a 40 min commute from your apartment. Please plan accordingly. 

    • The nearest tube station is South Kensington station. 

    • They offer 10% discount at the coffee shop in case you are interested in coffee before the tour.

December 4 - Wednesday​

• 12:00 PM - Tower of London

  • Be ready to explore this iconic landmark.  Your reservation is between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM.  With your tickets, you also get a Guidebook and two Audio guides. 

  • The tower is located here. This is about a 15min car ride or a 30 minute commute on the tube.  Please plan accordingly.  

  • These are your tickets. Please present them at the door.  This is the map of the main entrance.

• ​04:15 pm - TaskMaster: The Live Experience.

  • ​Are you ready? You have tickets for Lane: Melon Buffet. Entry is at 4:30 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before. ​​

  • Location is DOCK X, Canada Water (here). This is about 30 minutes away from the Tower of London via the Tube. Please plan accordingly. 

  • These are your tickets.

• Lunch - For food between these two experiences I recommend checking out Deal Porter Square (Here). It is a plaza surrounded by restaurants and all kinds of food options (Italian, Crepes, Vietnamese, etc.). All highly rated. It is also next to the tube station and it is on the way to the Dock X.

  • It is time for a musical!  Bar opens at 6 PM; show starts at 7:30 PM, you must be at your seats by 7:20 PM. 

  • You are heading to the Lyceum Theatre. Located at 21 Wellington St (Here). This is about 25 minutes away via Tube, 30 minute walk, or 15 min car ride. Please plan accordingly.
