This is a high level plan/proposal I have created for you. I hope this is the first version of a plan we can create for you.  Something to get initial reactions and keep the conversation going.

As a living document, we can add, remove, and edit items until you are fully satisfied. Please take a look and let me know what you think.

        • History/Culture Walking Tour - Private guided walk of Telmo, The beautiful old town area of Buenos Aires. Learn about history and fun facts of the city. Learn why makes Buenos Aires so unique.   ​

        • Navigate in El Tigre (Delta of Parana River) - This is another great experience. It takes all day .  Privately cruise the canals of the Parana Delta while admiring the views of the area, and sipping drinks as part of experience.  Private transportation, captain, drinks, and snacks onboard are included.

      • Shows

        • Tango Experience - Dinner and show. VIP experience at one of the most reputable shows in the city. 

      • I can recommend and plan other activities, if you have something particular in mind.  For instance:​

        • Bike tour of the Natural reserve within the city

        • Art and Urban tour

        • Wine Experience in BA

        • Guided walking tour of the North Zone of the city (Recoleta)

        • Cooking class

        • List of recommendations for things to do and places to visit during your visit will be included on the final plan. ​​​

    • Private Guided Experiences 

      • Wine Experience - Private guided experience visiting wineries and getting to  know one of the most beautiful wine regions in the world.  Included private guide, private transportation, lunch hosted by chef in a unique and private setting, and wine tastings.

      • Mountain Time (Hike or Drive) - Hike or let us drive you along the beautiful Andes. Lakes, Mountains, and views for days! don't forget your camera this day.  ​

      • Note: I recommend not many scheduled activities here, and enjoy some free time exploring the town, near by wineries, and the local night life.  Play it by ear.

        • Never the less I can recommend and include more activities if you prefer having things planned in advance.  Some additional options are: ​

          • Gaucho Experience - Horse back riding experience with asado and wine

          • Wine tasting in other regions.

          • Cooking Class

  • Full concierge services -  Before and throughout the trip (reservations, suggestions, etc)

    • Additional Activities - Help with additional activities you might be interested in while in any of the destinations. Including suggestions for things to do during free time.   

    • Nights out/shows - Plan nights out, provide suggestions for bars and local night life, and more as requested. I will add names of gay  and gay friendly bars and clubs to the final plan. 

      • I would look for and suggest options for Opera, ballet, and Polo, and similar events throughout your stay.  We would provide concierge services without ​additional cost: Search, recommend, and make reservations. 

    • Lunch/Dinners -  Suggestions and reservations to some of the best restaurants in town, as desired. 

    • Transportation - I would help organize as needed.

Accommodations 

 

Buenos Aires  -  Hotel Mio (5 Star) - Recoleta is located between San Telmo/Monserrate (Old Town) and the North (Palermo ). This place is walking distance from many landmarks. 

  • This hotel meets all your requests, except the outdoor pool.  Let me know if this is something you would def want, and I can show you other options.  

Accommodations 

 

Rio De Janeiro  -  Sol Ipanema (4 Star) - Recoleta is located between San Telmo/Monserrate (Old Town) and the North (Palermo ). This place is walking distance from many landmarks. 

  • Options are limited, as it seems availability is minimum in the area.  Nevertheless, this hotel meets all your requests, including the outdoor pool,  and it is right across the beach, close to the gay area. 

​The Cost

The estimated cost of this packages with everything outlined above included is:

 

  • $4950 USD - With Mendoza Option One 

  • $5999 USD - With Mendoza Option Two

  • $5300 USD - With Mendoza Option Three

  • $5100 USD - With Mendoza Option Four

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This estimate is total for both, not individual cost

  • ACCOMMODATIONS - hotel in Rio is not included in this estimate

  • FLIGHTS - Almost 40% of the cost is related to airfare

  • ACTIVITIES - Current amount allows you to experience each city main attractions and culture, while still enjoying plenty of time to unwind, relax, and explore on your own.  ​

    • Day trip and Show are more expensive than usual tours.  Let me know if you would like me to remove these and recommend other options within the city. ​

  • Overall, we can continue to update the package as desired, and price would be updated accordingly.

  • ​It is still an estimate because certain prices might change between now when you are ready to confirm (flights, hotel)

  • Our packages do not include insurance. Please consider getting travel insurance. 

​

NEXT STEP : To confirm reservation, we would need at least 50% commitment to make reservations. If we make changes to activities or other services we can adjust remaining balance.  Remaining balance will need be paid 2 weeks before trip. In this case beginning of February. 

​
