Argentina with ursula hosting

DEC 23 - JAN 06

Hello,

Thank you again for the opportunity to show you what your trip with us could look like.  This is a high level plan/proposal to get your first impression and thoughts.  Please take a look and let me know what you think.

This is a living document, so we can add, remove, and edit it as much as necessary until you are fully satisfied.

Summary

This is the list of services and activities I am recommending.  I can add or remove items as desired.

In this case,  I am using estimates for 5 star hotels in most cases because the majority of  our clients ask for these type of hotels, but we can adjust if you prefer smaller and cheaper places, perhaps private apartment,  or a private room in a guesthouse, etc.

  • 14 Nights in Argentina - These are the destinations we recommend if you want to try and see as much as possible in your visit. But we can reduce some if you prefer:

    • 3 nights in Buenos Aires (BA) - 5 star boutique hotel

      • Modern and chic hotel in trendy area of the city

    • 3 nights in El Calafate (Patagonia- Gay friendliest) - 4 star hotel

      • Great hotel resort next to the lake, with all services and spa

    • 4 nights in Mendoza - 4 star country guesthouse

      • Lovely Hacienda hotel is charming town, near wineries

    • 3 nights in  Punta Del Este (Uruguay) - Hotel / Resort in Gay Area

      • Cute and Fun hotel near the gay beach. This is where gay Argentinians escape to during the summer

      • Locals do leave the city for long periods of time during the summer, and Punta del Este is one of the destinations they prefer. It is the closest beach town for Buenos Aires. It's not Rio, much closer and cheaper, but with plenty of Brazilian boys.  This beach is popular for both  Argentinians and Brazilians.

    • 1 night in Buenos Aires - 5 star boutique hotel

      • Modern and chic hotel in trendy area of the city

  • Flights - All with Aerolineas Argentinas - Economy Plus - One Checked bag included

    • Buenos Aires -  El Calafate (3.5 hr - direct)

    • El Calafate - Mendoza (6hr - One Stop)

    • Mendoza - Punta Del Este (6 hr - One Stop)

    • Punta del Este - Buenos Aires (55min - direct)

  • Airport Transportation

    • Round trip shuttle in all destinations

  • Breakfast

    • If accommodation permits.

    • Quality and type of breakfast is dependent of hotel.

    • Buenos hotel charges extra for this. I am including cost in estimate, but could remove if not desired.

  • Activities/Experiences

    • Buenos Aires

      • History/Culture Walking Tour - Private guided walk of Telmo, The beautiful old town area of Buenos Aires

      • City Tour -  Zona Norte  - Private guided walk of another part of the city. One of the most beautiful . and with more landmarks, Recoleta. Included tour of the Recoleta cemetery (Evita)

      • Tango Experience - Dinner, show, and class. This is a VIP experience. Very Recommended.

      • Street Art and Urban Experience - Explore another area of the city with an arty mindset.  Lunch, drinks, and snacks included.

      • I can recommend and plan other activities, if you have something particular in mind.  For instance:

        • Bike tour of the Natural reserve within the city

        • Cooking class

        • Navigate in El Tigre (Delta of Parana River) - This is another great experience. It takes all day and can be private or in group.

        • List of recommendations for things to do and places to visit during your visit will be included on the final plan.

        • NOTE: We have a gay  night tour, but our guide will be on vacation those days and we can't host it. Nevertheless, we will share recommendations.

    • Mendoza

      • Wine Experience - Private guided experience visiting wineries and getting to  know one of the most beautiful wine regions in the world.  Transportation, lunch, and tastings included.

      • Hike - Guided private hike along side the beautiful Andes. Lakes, Mountains, and views for days! don't forget your camera this day.

        • Note:I recommend not many scheduled activities here, and enjoy some free time exploring the town, near by wineries, and the local night life.  Play it by ear.

        • Never the less I can recommend and include more activities if you prefer having things planned in advance.

    •  El Calafate

      • Trekking on Ice - This is a day exploring one of the largest and perhaps the most beautiful glacier in the world. This is not for everybody, high physical demand due to the long walking times, but totally worth it.  Transportation and guide included.

      • Horse back riding - No better place in the world to go horseback riding.

    • Punta Del Este

      • I am not including activities here. I recommend enjoying the beach, meeting people, going out for dinner,  drinks, and shopping, etc. This is a place to relax and enjoy the sun while making friends. Punta del Este is famous and glamorous too.

  • Full concierge services -  Before and throughout the trip (reservations, suggestions, etc)

    • Additional Activities - Help with additional activities you might be interested in while in any of the destinations.

    • Nights out/shows - Plan nights out, provide suggestions for bars and local night life, and more as requested. I will add names of gay  and gay friendly bars and clubs to the final plan.

    • Lunch/Dinners -  Suggestions and reservations to some of the best restaurants in town, as desired.

    • Transportation - I would help organize as needed.

The Cost

The estimated cost of this package with everything outlined above included is:

  • $6350 (All tax and fees included)

    • I noticed a hike in airline ticket prices. Cost was much higher than usual.  We can reduce this cost with less destinations.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We can make changes to the package as desired, and price would be updated accordingly.

    • If you budget allows, I could recommend more fabulous options

    • If your budget is more limited, I could look for smaller and more economic options as well.

  • Our packages do not include insurance. I would recommend travel insurance since you will be doing a lot of physical activities.

Let me know if there are any questions, comments, decisions.  Please remember this is a living document.  We can continue to add, remove, change, etc.  We'll tailor this until everyone is completely satisfied.

THANK YOU
