It's green, it's lush, it's warm, it's friendly, it's tasty, it's colorful, it's calm, it's fun, and it's 100% a destination we want to share with you!  Join us this winter for a simple, easy, and fun getaway.

For our first hosted experience in Costa Rica we have chosen the beautiful and friendly Manuel Antonio. 

 

This place is magical. Exotic and gorgeous beaches, endless views, great weather, options for outdoor and active experiences, as well as options for those who just want to relax by the pool, with drink in hand enjoying the sunset

.  

We will be hosting at the only gay-hotel in Manuel Antonio.  This place was designed to cater and spoil us.

Infinity pool, jacuzzis, pool bar, laid back atmosphere, big rooms, friendly staff,  and very centrally located.

Itinerary

​

We are inviting you to a 4-night experience with us! 

Arriving Thursday, Feb 10, and departing Monday, Feb 14.

​

Thursday - We will check in, get settled, and enjoy the pool or the beach nearby.   In the evening, we will gather together and head out to a nice group dinner at one of the great restaurants in the area.

 

Friday - National Park Tour. Let's go explore the biggest attraction; it's national park. We will be guided through most of it to ensure we spot animals and learn about the beauty and uniqueness of the park. Then we are free to enjoy the beaches within or outside the park.  Optional Group Dinner will be planned.

Saturday - Saturday we will go sailing. Enjoy the beauty of this place from a different angle; the pacific ocean.  We might see dolphins, and even whales which will be in the area for mating season.  This will be an unforgettable and fun sunset sailing experience.

Sunday - Free day to explore the beach, go shopping, enjoy the hotel. or sign up for additional activities.  Optional Group Dinner will be planned. 

​

Monday -  Last day in paradise.  We will arrange transportation for those leaving throughout the day, while you pack and enjoy the hotel and beautiful Manuel Antonio one last time.

The Hotel - Villa Roca

​

The #1 LGBTQ hotel and resort of Costa Rica. We have chosen this place for many reasons. It has amenities we know our clients would enjoy (24hr infinity pool/jacuzzis, pool bar, large and comfortable rooms, professional and friendly staff, great breakfast, perhaps the best view of the bay, and a lot of green areas, including an "enchanted forrest")

This place is a staple in Manuel Antonio. It first opened its doors over three decades ago to cater to the growing population of gay travelers that were choosing Manuel Antonio as their preferred destination, while making this little town a safe space our community could enjoy.  Along with Manuel Antonio, Villa Roca has continued to grow and serve our community.

They also offer day passes to non-guests, so it is a popular hangout. A good place to socialize and make new friends. Sunsets are specially famous here due to their good happy hour and specially their view; perhaps the best of any hotel in the area. 

An Inclusive Experience

 

We have put together a great plan for 4 nights/5days. This experience is all about relaxing, enjoying the weather,  and submerging ourselves in the natural beauty of Manuel Antonio. Our experience includes:

    • Access to all amenities​

  • Breakfast 

  • Airport Transfers (Quepos Airport Only)

    • We recommend flying into Quepos, which is located 20 minutes from Manuel Antonio.  From there we would take care of your transfer to/from the hotel. 

    • Another option is to fly into San Jose, and then catch ground transportation to Manuel Antonio. (3 to 5 hr drive).  For those who choose this option, we will assist with reservations of transfers or car rental, but not cover costs.

  • Private National Park tour

  • Sunset Sail Experience

    • Drinks and dinner included.​

  • Concierge and Coordination Services

How to Reserve

​

  • If you are ready to make a reservation based on the rates and combinations we are offering, click the "Reserve Now" links below. 

    • You will be asked to provide your information and pay a 50% downpayment to confirm the reservation and separate your room.  

    • We will contact you to collect additional information, like if whether or not you would like to add a second, third, or fourth guest to your reservation.  

    • The remaining balance will be due two weeks before the trip.

  • If you are interested, but have questions, would like to add additional nights, prefer other dates, would like to stay at a different place, or need anything else before committing, please contact us via email at Travel@ursulahosting.com.

    • We can personalize the trip for you.   

    • We can add nights, and activities as needed.

    • We can find other accommodations for your group (you could still join the activities as listed.)

    • For our allies who would like to join during these days, we can offer other accommodations based on your preferences, group size, etc.

Flights Information:

​

  • At this moment, you can find roundtrip tickets to San Jose in Costa Rica, from LA and NYC starting at $200. 

  • Depending on the search engine you use, you might need to book your flight to Quepos from San Jose separately, via Sansa Airlines

  • The international terminal in San Jose is located right next to the national terminal in San Jose (5 minute walk). Sansa flights depart and arrive at the national terminal.
