First of all, thank you again for the opportunity to be part of your trip in Argentina. Here. I would like to present to you a high level plan of what your trip with us would look like.

BUENOS AIRES and MENDOZA - $1242

  • Accommodation - 5 nights

  • 1 night in Buenos Aires.  Accommodation only - $49

  • Mountain Hike - $50 - This is not a group activity, This would be led by Luigi. He is a local who loves the outdoors and knows a good trail to show you some of the best views in of the Andes and Mendoza. Cerro Arco is a beautiful mountain/hike trails with the best views in the city. 

    • Cost includes pick up at the hotel, fit snack, and private guide (2-3 hours)

  • Mountain Tour - $70 -  This is also a private activity.  Our guide , Ezequiel, will come pick you up in a car at the hotel and take you on a tour of the mountain near the city. Potrerillos area.  This place is beautiful. Lakes,  mountains, wineries, and a landscape like few others in the world.  

    • Cost includes guide and private transportation (4 hours)

NOTE:

  • Just Buenos Aires Experience is $999 for five days as previously offered. This . price already reflects the discount. 

  • Besides the cost of Buenos Aires, all costs are estimates. Final cost will depend on your choices. 

  • We can add, remove, and change activities and services for Mendoza as you wish.

Accommodations

​

  • Buenos Aires - You would be part of our hosted experience.  ​Our house is located in Palermo. A trendy neighborhood full of restaurants, cafes, bars, and other things to do.

  • Mendoza - I am recommending staying in a small town/area right outside the main city.  This place is walkable, with cafes and galleries around, and so close to wineries you can even bike to many of them.  

Buenos Aires 

  • Spot available is in the small shared bedroom and shared bathroom outside the bedroom.

  • You would only share the room with one more person

  • Single twin bed

  • There are only 5 rooms, which represents the style of our hosted experiences. Small and intimate.

  • Total number of guests would be 7 with you.

  • Breakfast included​

Mendoza 

  • I have two options for you. Option One (5 first photos) is in the middle of the city, cute guesthouse, great service. Breakfast included.  Easy to walk to bars, restaurants and parks in the city.

  • Option Two is a country guesthouses/boutique hotel.  It is located outside the city in a cute area called Chacras de Coria.  This area is beautiful, more country, very . walkable  with art galleries, and cafes, restaurants, and close to wineries.  You can rent bikes and even visit some on your own. Highly recommended. It is a short Uber ride into the city if you want to visit the city center. Breakfast also included. 

  • I can also look for cheapest options, or even hostels . if you don't mind sharing bathroom or rooms.

Possible Itinerary

Dec 26 to Dec 1st

  • Arrival - Private shuttle from the airport (optional - cost included in this estimate)

  • We will have activities every day (see page) , but also plenty of time for people to enjoy on their own, relax at the house, go out for drinks and dinner, etc.   

  • In addition to the planned activities, you will get personalized concierge services, in other words I can plan additional activities for you, help you with reservations and transportation etc. 

  • Buenos Aires Nights -  The plan is to hang out as a group, but also help guests do their own thing. Buenos Aires has many options for night life, some are: 

    • Speakeasy and Cocktail bars

    • Nice restaurants, Argentinian "Asado", international food, etc. 

    • Art exhibits

    • Gay bars and clubs

Dec 1​

  • Flight to Mendoza - Private shuttle to the airport  (optional - cost included in this estimate)

    • Arrival Mendoza -  Private shuttle to accommodations (optional - cost included in this estimate)

  • Depending on your flight schedule, I recommend you take some time to explore the area (Mendoza City center or  Chacras de Coria) and then get ready for an afternoon activity

  • Horseback Riding and Asado - This is a fun and relaxing activity.  Horse back ride in group, led by real  gauchos with the beautiful background of the Andes mountains. Then enjoy an amazing asado . dinner and wine.  Good time to relax and make new friends.   

  • You can also have a free day, or visit  Bodegas (wineries) on your own this day. 

  • Mendoza Nights - I can work with you to find the perfect options for dinners, drinks, shows.  We can plan all nights. Some ideas are:​​​

    • Nice restaurants

    • Live shows

Dec 2

  • Wine Tasting Tour (Approx 10 hrs).  Spend the day visiting wineries (About 4).  You will get to see large and small boutique Bodegas, beautiful landscape, and also stop for lunch at one of the most unique restaurants in the area (a well kept secret where you will be attended personally by the chef).  This would be a small group, led by one of my favorite guides in Mendoza. ​

    • In the price, we include the cost of the private transportation, guide services, tastings, and lunch

 

Dec 3

  • Depending on your flight schedule, we could another activity for you this date.  Some options are:

    • Mountain Tour. Continue to explore the beauty of Mendoza, but this time in the mountains.  This is relaxing, and fun. Tons of places and moments to capture. The beauty of this place is unbelievable.  More opportunities to drink wine, good good, and simple have fun.  

    • Mountain Hike. Time to go for a hike. Nice walk in the morning to explore some beautiful landscapes, get your . work out in, and take fantastic photos.  ​

  • Flight to Santiago - Private shuttle to the airport  (optional - cost included in this estimate)​
