January 18, Thursday​

• 1:22 PM - Service: Private Transfer from Airport to Hotel

  • Arrival time and flight number: 1:22pm - Flight Spirit 859

  • Drop off: Morros City, Cra. 1 #8-102, Cartagena de Indias.

  • Driver will be waiting in front of the arrivals exit. If you do not see the driver, please contact the emergency number (+ 57 3117864041) (Whatsapp preferred) 

    • In any extraordinary case of lost luggage or delay at the airport, please write to us immediately to inform the driver.

    • Please contact us on whatsapp from the immigration line to track your way out.

• 3:30 PM - Pick up at Apartment to take you to Getsemmani Tour.  Please be ready at the lobby.  Your guide will be Belky (+57 300 3454275) (Whatsapp preferred) . You are in great hands. 

  • Belky will come meet you at the apartment and ride with you to Getsemani. She will show you some of the best areas, places to visit, and share with you a bit about history and interesting facts. Ask all the questions, ​

• 6:00 PM - You will be taken to the next activity - Salsa and Latin Dance Class! Be ready to move those hips latin style.   Dance class will be at Caponera Bar. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Bring water.

• 07:00 PM - You will be picked up to be taken back to the apartment. 

• Free Evening.

 

January 19, Friday

• 7:10 AM -  Pick up service to Marina. Please be ready at the lobby. The driver will drop you off at the door #3 of Muelle de la Bodeguita, once you are there, inform the pier staff that you have a booking with Bora Bora. 

• 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM - Bora Bora Beach Club! 

  • ​Be ready to experieince some sun, music, and good food in Rosario Islands. You have chosen Bora Bora Beach Club, one of the trendiest places in the islands,  You have VIP day passes that include welcome drink, lunch, boat transfer to and from the islands, and exclusive adult only section of the resort. 

  • To note: Passengers must arrive at La Bodeguita pier at 7:30 am and report to gate No. 3

  • To note: Port fee of $30,000 COP per person (25,000 port tax + 5,000 medical assistance insurance) must be paid only in cash.  About $9 USD

  • Bora Bora staff will guide you through the check in and boarding process

  • Reservations are guaranteed until 8:20am. of the day of the tour.

  • Approximate arrival time back at La Bodeguita pier is 4:00 p.m.

  • The reservation is made under the name Valera Marshall

• 4:00 PM - Private Transfer from Bodeguita Dock to the apartment. Please be ready outside to be picked up.  If you are delayed please try to contact emergency number.  

• 8:30 PM - Pick Up Service.  Please be ready at the lobby.

• 9:00 PM - Dinner reservation at Niku,

January 20, Saturday

• 11:30 AM - Pick Up Service.  Please be ready at the lobby.

• 12:00 PM - Dinner reservation at TownHouse,

  • located in the San Diego area, inside El Centro, at Cra. 7 #36-88,

  • About 60 USD were paid when reservation was made. This should be applied towards the bill, or return to my CC once you check in. Note: If return, I will return to you what they send back.  

• 2:00 PM - Walking tour of El Centro. Your guide Belky (+57 300 3454275) will meet you at TownHouse to show the beautiful Centro de Cartagena.  This will definitely be a walk to remember.   

• 6:00 PM - Pick Up Service.  Please be ready outside. Belky will coordinate with driver best spot for pick up.

January 21, Sunday

​

• 11:10 AM - Departure. Private Transfer from apartment to Airport. Please be ready at the Lobby. 

• 2:21 PM - Spirit Flight 946.  Time to depart and say good byw to Cartagena.  We hope you loved your stay!

Important things to note:

1. Cash - If you run out. Our advise would be to use local ATMs to get more. 

2. Please make sure to download WhatsApp onto your phone.

3. Emergency number for all transfers:  + 57 3117864041

4. If by 10 minutes after the scheduled time, and driver hasn't arrived, please call or whatsapp the emergency number above.

5. We advise you to wait close to the front desk or in the lobby of your hotel or accommodation at the agreed pick-up time. Make sure that the person at the front desk is aware of your presence and knows you are awaiting a transfer service.

6. Also be ready outside of restaurants or other planned places for pick up. If delayed, also contact  Emergency Number.
