Hello Daniel,

I would like to present to you the updated high level plan for your trip to Argentina with Ursula Hosting.

I have updated the options for accommodations, and activities, trips based on the input you have provided.  Take a look and let me know if you have questions, or . additional changes.

Like before, this is still a living document. If you are interested, we will continue to tailor the plan. We can add, remove, and create things for you.  We will continue to work this plan until you are completely satisfied.

Thank you again for this opportunity, I hope this plan is of your liking.

COST ESTIMATE (Updated Sep 3)

  • The new total for the entire package is $3812. (Updated to reflect checked bags)

  • After applying your Nomadic Boys reader discount of 5%,  your final total is $3621 (Updated to reflect checked bags)

Let me know if you would like to add/remove more activities to either city. I am happy to update the plan accordingly.

Please Note:

  • The cost estimate is totals, not individual cost. It will continue to be updated based on your choices.

  • Last reduction of the estimate was after removing MEN - BA flight related costs.

  • I was able to stay under your budget ($4000) by selecting the most economic versions for accommodations, and also by not including checked baggage with your flights. That alone saved us almost $200.  You guys could decide later to add that if necessary.  I could look into other options to reduce cost if necessary.

  • Everything is estimated based on current prices. We will need to confirm prices once we confirm dates and we are ready to make reservations.

  • We'll tailor this until everyone is completely satisfied.

Let me know if you have any questions, comments, etc.  decisions.

BELOW some photos from Buenos Aires, Mendoza, and Colonia, taken during our trips. Enjoy them!

THANK YOU

PREVIOUS OPTIONS

Boutique Hotel (Five Stars)

  • Once we have confirmed dates, I would look for availability in some of my favorite hotels.  For now I looked for prices in late February.

  • This one is a five start boutique hotel I like to work with. Their prices are some of the best for a 5 star hotel in BA. It is newer, and great customer service, pool, spa, restaurant, hotel, all amenities.

  • I like to recommend hotels in central areas. This one is in Recoleta.  You can walk to parks, restaurants, hotels, etc. Less than 10 minute drive to most points of interest in the city.

  • For this estimate, I am including two suites (4 nights) - Breakfast included.

    • Deluxe Suite: King bed, deep soaking tubs, 24-hour room service, rainfall showerheads, free wifi, all the goodies.
